At K9 BioFusion, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ You can request a return or refund if:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is not as described.
• Your order was not delivered within a reasonable time.

❌ We do not accept returns if:

• You changed your mind (unless stated otherwise).
• The product has been used, opened, or is not in original condition.
• The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the item.

📦 How to return:

1. Email us at k9biofusion.ae@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days.
2. Include your order number and photos if there’s a defect.
3. We’ll guide you through the return process.

💳 Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• If the issue is our fault (e.g. wrong/defective item), we’ll cover return shipping.
